Connect Notion via OAuth
Open the Integrations tab, click Set up next to Notion, and authorize AntForms to access the pages you select.

Authorize page access
Select the specific Notion pages or databases you want AntForms to access. You can scope access narrowly for security.

Pick the destination database
Choose an existing Notion database from the picker, or let AntForms create one with properties that match your form.

Auto-map fields
AntForms suggests mappings based on field name and type. Missing Notion properties can be auto-created directly from the mapping screen.

Submit a test response

What the Notion integration does not include, so you can plan around limits before they surface mid-rollout.

Read-only Notion property types (formula, rollup, created_by) are skipped automatically.
Sync existing runs once per 24 hours to avoid duplicate pages.
Notion API rate-limits at 3 requests/sec per workspace - high-traffic forms may queue briefly during spikes.
File uploads larger than 5 MB are stored as links rather than embedded files.
